Returns and Refunds

At Ghogxireshex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase delivered anywhere in Great Britain. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds under UK consumer law.

Return Eligibility

Under UK consumer rights, you may return indoor plants within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The plant arrives damaged or in poor condition due to transit issues
  • The plant received does not match the description on our website
  • There was an error in your order (wrong plant variety sent)
  • The plant is not as described or of unsatisfactory quality

Return Process

To initiate a return for indoor plants delivered within Great Britain, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

  • Email us at contact@ghogxireshex.world with your order details and reason for return
  • Include photos of the plant if it arrived damaged or in poor condition
  • We will provide return instructions and a return authorization for UK returns
  • We will arrange collection or provide a return address within Great Britain

Return Conditions

Plants must be returned in their original condition and packaging when possible. Due to the nature of live indoor plants, returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Plants must be returned within 14 days of delivery to addresses within Great Britain
  • Plants should be in the same condition as received, with minimal deterioration
  • Original packaging should be retained if available to protect the plant during return transit
  • Plants that have been significantly damaged due to improper care after delivery may not be eligible for return

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned indoor plant at our UK facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

Shipping Costs

If your return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Plants that have been damaged due to improper care after delivery
  • Custom or personalized plant arrangements
  • Plants returned after the 14-day return period

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a plant, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired plant.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@ghogxireshex.world.
